摘要：The study aimed to develop a test to measure working memory for students in grades 5-7 in Basic Education and examine its psychometric properties.The study aimed also to develop the required norm scores for score interpretation.The sample consisted of 300 male and female students from grades 5,6 and 7 in Muscat governorate.The validity of the working memory test was examined through face validity,construct validity,predictive validity and concurrent validity.The results supported the validity of the test.Confirmatory factor analysis showed the fit of data to the factorial structure of the working memory.In addition,the test showed high predictive validity of student achievement for several subjects.The reliability of the test was examined using Cronbach alpha reliability and test-retest reliability.Cronbach Alpha reliability ranged between 0.62 and 0.86 for the three grades.Similarly,test-retest reliability was between 0.35 and 0.75.The norm scores were computed using standardized scores and percentile ranks for each of the three subtests within each grade.
其他摘要：هدفت الدراسة إلى توفير أداة لقياس الذاكرة العاملة لدى طلبة الحلقة الثانية من التعليم األساسي للصفوف الخامس والسادس والسابع، كما هدفت إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لالختبار، باإلضافة إلى إعداد جدول المعايير لتفسير درجات الطلبة باالختبار.وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة 300 طالباً وطالبة من طلبة الحلقة الثانية من التعليم األساسي بالصفوف الخامس والسادس والسابع في محافظة مسقط، وقد تم التحقق من صدق اختبار الذاكرة العاملة من خالل الصدق الظاهري والصدق البنائي والصدق التنبؤي والصدق التالزمي.وقد دلت النتائج على تمتع االختبار بمؤشرات صدق مقبولة، كما أسفرت نتائج التحليل العاملي التوكيدي عن تطابق البنية العاملية المتعددة المكونات للذاكرة العاملة وبيانات الدراسة، باإلضافة إلى قدرة االختبار على التنبؤ بالتحصيل الدراسي للطلبة في المواد الدراسية المختلفة.كما تم التحقق من ثبات االختبار بطريقة االتساق الداخلي بحساب معامل ألفا كرونباخ للدرجات الخام وقد تراوحت معامالت ألفا بين 0.62 و 0.86 للصفوف الثالثة.كما تم حساب الثبات بطريقة إعادة التطبيق بحساب معامل االستقرار والتي تراوحت بين 0.35 و 0.75.كما تم إعداد جدول المعايير باستخدام الدرجات المعيارية والرتب المئينية لتفسير درجات الطلبة على كل اختبار فرعي وعلى االختبار ككل.
