  • 摘要:Ventilatory threshold is considered by several researchers as an exercising threshold where anaerobic energy systems are dominant and these systems continue to be involved considerably following the ventila­tory threshold.In addition,the determination of ventilatory threshold is supposed to be one of the best methods in the assessment of aerobic capacity.In this study we aimed to investigate the correlation between the post-ventilatory threshold exhaustion time and the anaerobic capa­city,We also studied the relationship betw een Max VO2 and ventilatory threshold values.Nineteen volunteer sportsmen (nine wrestlers,ten soccer players) aged 22.6 ±2.5 years oldf measuring 174.1 ± 6.3 cm in height and 71.4 ± 8.0 kg in body weight participated in the study.Subjects were informed about the study and their written consent was obtained.They were tested for Max VO2 using a bicycle ergometer and the SensbrMedics 2900c metabolic measurement system.Two days later,Wingate anaerobic power test was also applied.Max VO2,auto- and manually calculated O2 consumptions at the ventilatory threshold and post-ventilatory threshold exhaustion times (VO2SE 1,VO2 SE2,tVO2 SE 1 tVO2SE2),the VO2 R value,the differences betw een Max VO2 and O2 consumption at the ventilatory threshold (AVO2SE 1 and AVO2SE2)f pe ak pow er/kg (PP∕kg) and average power/kg (AP∕kg).Correlation analyses were made among VO2SElf VO2SE2,VO2Rf tVO2SE1,tVO2SE2,AVO2SE 1,八VO2SE2 and PP ∕kg,A P ∕k gf Max VO2 were determined.Statistically significant relationship was fou nd betw een VO2SE2 and Max VO2,while there were no meaningful relationships among other parameters.In conclusion,we suggest that there is no correlation between O2 consumption at the ventilatory threshold or post-ventilatory threshold exhaustion time and the anaerobic capacity,while a correlation can be considered between VO2 SE2 and Max VO2 ∙ Further studies are necessary to define the relationships among other parameters of metabolic measurement.
