摘要：The general election problems in the Indonesian Constitutional Law are very complicated and complex, especially the ones that related to the regulation aspect and its implementation. The problems are; first, the general election law concept; second, the problem on the registration and decision of the fixed voter list; third, the problem of the voters that is not registered in the fixed voter list; fourth, the general election problems upon the majority voters; and sixth, the problem on the general election law enforcement in Indonesia. The research found that those problems are not only effected the quality and legitimacy both central and local general election, but they also have some implication on the state political stability and legal responsibility in front of the court.
