摘要:Physical education teaching is often criticised by superior educational inspection and public. Critics are pointed on its efficiency and mostly is about the results which are objectively expected considering existing personell and material conditions which are in dispose of personell. However, we cannot omit the fact that critics of physical education state are also physical education teachers who cannot contribute enough to the education advance in interest of their students. Analysis of material conditions i Novi Pazar elementary schools concluded that conditions in which physical education is realised are satisfactory. According to that, we need to underline that physical education teaching was, is, and will be accomplished in different conditions. It is completely certain that education teaching is, no matter in which conditions it is realised, can and must be characterised not just as responsible, but also very specific considering conditions in which it is realised. There are a lot of these specifics and can influence the quality of physical education teachers´ work. A lot of examples from practice show, and some of scientific researches results confirm, that it's very hard to realise entire program contents, even in most optimal conditions and with maximum espousal by physical educations teachers.
