  • 摘要:Istorija sponzorstva seže daleko u prošlost. Mnogi su skloni tvrditi da je sponzorstvo proisteklo iz mecenstva. U srednjem vijeku mnogi imućni ljudi pomagali su darovite umjetnike. Preduzetnik kao mecena postaje značajan tek od kraja prošlog vijeka. Od tada su se iz mecenstva razvili najprije davanje priloga, a kasnije i sponzorstvo.
