摘要：Konativne osobine predstavljaju crte ličnosti nogometaša, odnosno modalitete ponašanja nogometaša koje su značjne za uspjeh u nogometnoj igri. Karakteristike dimenzija ličnosti otkrivaju mogućnosti pravilnog pri stu pa svakom pojedincu i mogućnost predviđanja ponašanja u određenim si tu aci jama, stresnim momentima, interakciji i odnosu igrača u kolektivu. Pod tim se najviše misli na emocionalnu otpornost nogometaša, tj. na emocionalnu sta bilnost ili nestabilnost.
