摘要:After examining the business practices of a large part of domestic economic operators,a low level of achieved economic success can be noticed. This state of the economy consequently results from the partial or even complete absence of organizational performance management. The research presented in this paper was conducted on a sample of two hundred companies in the food industry of the Republic of Serbia through a carefully created questionnaire. The existence of the system,coverage,frequency,level of satisfaction with the effects,the analysis of communication,training and accountability in the performance management system are the subject of this research. The main objectives of the study are the identification of existing practices of organizational performance management and the suggested methodology for future improvements. The results of the research will provide theoretical and practical contribution to researchers in this field and a help for companies to improve their performance.
