摘要：The main aim of the paper is to identify price fluctuations on the secondary housing market in the years 1996-2008 in Poznań. The paper is divided into three parts. In the first part the time series components are analyzed. Then the methods of business cycles analysis are applied to house prices fluctuations on the local markets. The third part of the paper contains analysis of fluctuation of flats’ prices in Poznań in the years 1996-2008.
