摘要:The activity of Ni/H5-NZA catalyst in conversion of waste cooking oil to liquid fuel fraction especially diesel and gasoline have studied. The reaction was proceeded in flow fixed hed system of reactor that was operated at the temperature of 450 °C for 30 minutes with methanol and butanol as the catching-feed. A kind of catalysts that were studied are Ni-І/ H5-NZA,Ni-5/ H5-NZA,Ni-Ю/ H5-NZA. They were prepared by acid (HF-1%,HCl 6 M dan NH4CI 0,1 M),hydrothermal,calcination with nitrogen,oxydized with 〇2 and impregnation nice! (1%,5%,10% w/w) treatments. The waste cooking oil as feed stocks was reacted with sodium methoxy (CH3ONa) to produce methyl ester. The catalytic process was done by placed the methyl ester from waste cooking oil in the flow fixed bed reactor system,then the alcohol (methanol or butanol) was vaporized so the nitrogen was flowed through the vapor of alcohol to react with surfaces of catalyst. The reactor was operated at temperature of450 °C for 30 minutes. The reaction of methyl ester from waste cooking oil with alcohol (methanol or butanol) on surface of catalyst using flow fixed bed reactor produced liqiuid fuel of diesel and gasoline fraction. The maximally percent of conversion from that process reached 50,43 %. The Ni-5/H5-NZA catalyst showed the selectivity to produced diesel fuel and Ni-10/H5-NZA catalyst showed the selectivity to produced gasoline using the butanol as catching-feed.
