摘要：The author presents a new perspective on the process of controlling course indicators,to fit with the modern equipment of present day ships,in line with current trends and prospects for its development.The newly proposed measures and methods in this research must address the following issues:the improvement of safety,reduction in routine work and improvement of the navigation services on a ship.This article includes an analysis of requirements and also test results relating to compliance with respect to the course indicators used on commercial vessels.The author presents and justifies the need to introduce changes to the procedures and practices of conduct,updating the current actual situation.The proposed new procedures should have a direct impact on the security of navigation.
其他摘要：Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan model implementasi CSR,menganalisis dan mengevaluasi tahapan tahapan implementasi CSR program kemitraan selanjutnya merumuskan model implementasi CSR program kemitraan BUMN Di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mitra binaan dalam program kemitraan BUMN di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling.Metode purposive sampling diterapkan karena pada penelitian ini diperlukan interaksi intensif dengan subyek penelitian,sehingga subyek penelitian dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan (judgment) tertentu.Adapun pertimbangan tertentu yang menjadi kriteria sehingga UKM menjadi sampel penelitian adalah kesediaan subyek (mitra binaan) untuk terlibat dalam penelitian ini dan telah menjadi mitra binaan BUMN selama minimal 2 tahun.Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut maka diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 buah UKM mitra binaan.Pengolahan data dengan wawancara orang perorangan secara intensif,Focus Group Discussion dan studi pustaka.Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif analitis.Model Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program kemitraan dari BUMN Di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan kepada UKM yang menjadi mitra binaannya terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan,tahapan persiapan,tahapan pelaksanaan,serta tahapan monitoring dan evaluasi..
