摘要：This paper presents an idea of probability estimation of navigational safety on the intersection of narrow fairways.It is based on the concepts of the vessel 's domain at the intersection.The optimal speed of the subordinate ship,which guarantees safe crossing through the intersection,has been determined.
其他摘要：Analytical processing of existing normative documents and sci entific works in order to develop approaches to the evaluation of the occupational risks at the workplace.Publications,inter national and national standards,regulations and recommendations are analyzed and summarized.The algorithm and methodology are suggested for evaluation of the risk at workplaces caused by hazardous and harmful production factors,which allows to make decisions on the necessity and sequence of measures for reduction the risks,as well as to determine priority directions of development of safety on work or the most important objects requiring appropriate measures.
