摘要：In the article the new form of internet training webinar is described. The urgency of the material described in the article, is due to the needs of analysis of current approaches to the educational process of the distance form of learning using innovative technology - webinar. Determined that the organization of unite virtual learning environment will enhance the interaction of subjects of educational process and provide its adequate level of openness and accessibility. The benefits of webinars over other forms of learning are analyzed, the reguirements for its implementation and training aspects are set out.
其他摘要：Актуальность материала, изложенного в статье, обусловлена необходимостью анализа современных подходов к организации учебного процесса дистанционной формы обучения с использованием инновационной технологии – вебинара. Проанализирован процесс организации единой международной виртуальной среды для реализации образовательных услуг обучения, что, в свою очередь, повысит уровень взаимодействия субъектов учебного процесса, а также обеспечит достаточный уровень открытости и доступности образовательного процесса.
