摘要:Nonformal education seems to play a great rolr in contributing the absorbtion of manpower in the industrial job market. This reality is verified by a case study conducted at the industrial area in Bandung. From the analysis of data the following facts are revealed: 1) the nonformal education is the only alternative to develop professional, selfreliance, and dedicated manpower who will become the central supporters of the industrial world; 2) the managers of industries have a positive attitude towards the existence of nonformal education.
