摘要:This study tries to examine, evaluate, and classify the research problems written in the S2 theses of the English Education Program at the State University of Malang. Qualitative research method is employed. The study reveals that in general the research problems have good quality in terms of the language used and in terms of the contribution toward the development of language teaching and learning. Ten groups of research problems in the theses of the S2 students are identified.
