摘要:Abstract: Analysis of Needs for Training Model for the Improvement of Elementary School Teachers’ Competences in Remote Areas. The objective of this study is to analyse the needs of pri- mary school teachers in remote areas for the improvement of their competences. The data were collect- ed from 86 elementary school teachers using questionnaire, interviews, and FGD. The data were then analyzed using TNA-T. The results show that there are significant gaps in all indicators of pedagogical, social, and professional competences except those of personality competence; of the 5 indicators, there are 3 indicators that show gaps. The indicator of 'using information and communication technology for learning’ as part of pedagogic competence is an indicator that has the greatest gap. This was then put at the top priority of training needs.
