摘要:Analysis Balanced Scorecard as a Tool Measuring Performance Case Study at PT Semen Bosowa Maros (Supervised by: Dr. Shamsuddin, SE., M.Si., AK., CA., As a Supervisor I and Thanwain SE., MSi., As Supervisor II) This study on the "Analysis of Balanced Scorecard Approach For Performance Measurement Tool (Case Study at PT Semen Bosowa Maros)". With the Balanced Scorecard as a performance analysis of the company PT Semen Bosowa Maros can help the company to achieve its goals effectively and efficiently. This is consistent with the objective of Balanced Scorecard is a benchmark not only judging from the financial aspect, but also from non-financial aspects, through four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business, and learning and growth. Data collected through qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative with questionnaires on customers and employees, by using the quantitative ratios of the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard. Results from this study indicate that the performance of the financial perspective is quite measured and perfect because of the increased assets increased each year. The performance of the customer's perspective is generally as expected, it can be seen from the increasing number of customers each year. In the internal business process perspective obtained a description that PT Semen Bosowa Maros in producing baranganya efficiency and effective manner. In the learning and growth perspective can be done because of the amount of training and loyalty towards the better. From four perspectives can be assessed that measure the performance of PT Semen Bosowa Maros is good enough.
