摘要:This study aimed to analyze the influence Analyst Service Quality on Productivity Employees taps Selayar Islands District. This research uses descriptive quantitative, that attempted to describe the phenomenon under study in the form of a percentage table. The population in this study were all employees at PDAM Office Islands District Selayar totaling 34 people. The population is relatively small and can be researched all, then the entire population sampled or population studies. Data collected through the technique questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques using SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that the service is simple, reasonable service, service fair and honest service transparently positive and significant impact on employee productivity PDAM office Selayar Islands District.
