摘要:Fitri Wahyuni Tamnge. 2017. Skripsi. Leadership Behavior Analysis Against Job Performance Employees At the Ministry of Religious Affairs Gowa led by Dr. Hj. Herminawati. A. SE, MM and Indrayani Nur. S.Pd, SE, MSi. Interest penelian is to know and analyze whether behavioral variables instrumental, supportive behavior, and the behavior of achievement-oriented positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Gowa and to determine which variables most affect the work performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Gowa. The object of research is the Ministry of Religious Affairs Gowa. The analysis tool used is Descriptive Analysis Method and Method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the behavior is positive and significant supporter and has a dominant influence on the performance of an employee in the office of the Ministry of Religious Gowa. While the steering Behavior and Behavior achievement-oriented and not significant positive effect on the performance of an employee in the office of the Ministry of Religious Gowa.
