摘要：En este artículo se investigó la incidencia que tienen las variables género, años de servicio y tipo de liderazgo en el clima organizacional de comunidades educativas. Se pregunta por la influencia que tiene el tipo de liderazgo en el comportamiento de los integrantes, si las relaciones interpersonales son mejores entre las damas o entre los varones, si la percepción del clima es mejor en los profesores más jóvenes que por los profesores de más años de servicio y se formuló el objetivo determinar cómo influyen los factores, género y antigüedad de los integrantes de dos comunidades escolares y el tipo de liderazgo ejercido por el equipo directivo, en el clima organizacional de dos establecimientos educacionales del sistema de administración educacional de San Carlos. La metodología utilizada fue la revisión documental y la comparación, por lo que enmarca dentro de los estudios cualitativos. Se concluye que el género no es factor relevante en el tipo de clima; en cambio los años de servicio, el clima real es muy lejano al real esperado; la mayor diferencia entre el clima real con el ideal esperado se da en el liceo que predomina el tipo de Liderazgo definido como Laissez Faire.
其他摘要：This article investigated the impact of the variables gender, years of service and type of leadership in the organizational climate of educational communities. He wonders about the influence that the type of leadership has on the behavior of the members, if interpersonal relationships are better between ladies or between men, if the perception of the weather is better in younger teachers than by older teachers years of service and the objective was formulated to determine how the factors, gender and seniority of the members of two school communities influence and the type of leadership exerted by the management team, in the organizational climate of two educational establishments of the educational administration system of San Charles. The methodology used was the documentary review and comparison, which is why it is part of the qualitative studies. It is concluded that gender is not a relevant factor in the type of climate; on the other hand, the years of service, the real climate is very far from the expected real one; The biggest difference between the real climate and the expected ideal is in the high school that predominates the type of Leadership defined as Laissez Faire.
