摘要：En este trabajo reconstruimos el accionar del Departamento Provincial del Trabajo (DPT) de Entre Ríos entre 1930 y 1943. Para ello, relevamos y sistematizamos una serie de fuentes no trabajados antes por la historiografía. A saber: el Boletín del Departamento provincial de Trabajo de aparición 1940-1943, así como un total de 28 periódicos obreros y prensa diaria de distintas localidades de la provincia. A través de este trabajo, relevamos todas las intervenciones del DPT en conflictos obreros, lo que nos permitió realizar un análisis cuantitativo de su accionar y analizar su alcance geográfico, sectorial y sus resultados. A nivel cualitativo, analizamos el contexto en el que se produce esta intervención y la relación existente entre su mayor desarrollo en la segunda mitad de la década del treinta con el alza de la conflictividad obrera y con la represión a la corriente más combativa, los sectores anarquistas nucleados en la Federación Obrera Comarcal Entrerriana. Tras una fuerte represión a este sector en el año 1937, la intervención estatal en los conflictos obreros no volverá a ser cuestionada. Pero, este consenso se basa, en la acción coercitiva desplegada en forma concentrada en 1937, y en dosis menores, casi preventivas a partir de esa fecha. Finalmente, exploramos cómo la Unión Cívica Radical, partido gobernante en la provincia desde 1915 hasta 1943, organiza una base electoral y proyecta figuras al terreno de la lucha política, a partir de su accionar como funcionarios del DPT.
其他摘要：In this work we reconstruct the actions of the Provincial Department of Labor (DPT) of the Argentine province of Entre Ríos between 1930 and 1943. For this, we systematized a series of sources that hadn’t been explored before, namely: the Bulletin of the provincial Department of Labor which appeared between 1940-1943, as well as a total of 28 daily newspapers of different localities of the province. Through this work, we relieved all the interventions of the PTD in labor conflicts, which allowed us to carry out a quantitative analysis of its actions and analyze its geographic and sectorial scope and results. At a qualitative level, we analyze the context in which this intervention occurs and the relationship between its increment in the second half of the thirties with the rise of labor unrest and the repression of the most combative current, the anarchists in the Federación Obrera Comarcal Entrerriana (Workers regional federation of Entre Ríos). After a strong repression to this sector in 1937, the state intervention in the workers' conflicts will not be questioned again. But, this consensus is based on the coercive action deployed in a concentrated form in 1937, and afterwards in smaller doses, almost preventive. Finally, we explore how the Unión Civica Radical, the ruling party in the province from 1915 to 1943, organizes an electoral base and projects figures to the terrain of political struggle, based on its actions as DPT officials.
