摘要：Neste relato de experiências, descrevemos o trabalho que vem sendo feito no ensino de escrita acadêmica a distância na Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG). Mostramos como é planejada e executada a disciplina Oficina de Língua Portuguesa: Leitura e Produção de Textos, ofertada há mais de uma década a todos os cursos de graduação da universidade. Ainda, apresentamos os resultados obtidos com essa disciplina, por meio de avaliações feitas pelos alunos que a cursaram, e apontamos as perspectivas para o seu futuro. Por fim, discutimos brevemente o papel da educação a distância na universidade e apontamos desafios que ainda enfrentamos. Acreditamos que este relato possa ser útil para a divulgação do trabalho que tem sido realizado na universidade, mostrando que a educação a distância pode ser feita com qualidade e tem um grande potencial a ser desenvolvido.
其他摘要：In the present report, we describe the work that has been developed in teaching and learning of academic writing at distance at UFMG. We show how the course “Oficina de Língua Portuguesa: Leitura e Produção de Textos”, which has been offered for over a decade for undergraduate students of the university, is planned and executed. We also present the results obtained with this course through the evaluations made by the students who attended to it in previous semesters, and we point its perspectives for the future. At last, we discuss briefly the role of distance education at the university, and we point out the major challenges we still face. We believe that this report may be useful for the dissemination of the work that has been carried out in the university, showing that distance education can be done with quality, and still have a great potential to be developed.
