摘要：Este artigo traz o resultado parcial de uma pesquisa interinstitucional e interdisciplinar sobre o patrimônio de algumas fazendas paulistas formadas entre o final do século 18 e primeiras décadas do 20. Das inúmeras manifestações culturais materiais e imateriais que compõem um rico acervo, destacamos aqui o patrimônio arquivístico, recebido e acumulado pelas unidades produtivas observadas, tendo em vista uma futura organização e descrição com objetivo triplo: sua preservação, sua utilidade como documentos para a escrita de uma história regional e como elemento atrativo do turismo. Essas propriedades preservam de forma desigual seus bens patrimoniais por diversos motivos. Pomos em relevo duas situações que permitem avaliar as condições da identificação e preservação de tais bens: a transmissão da propriedade (compra ou herança) e sua gestão (familiar ou terceirizada).
其他摘要：This article provides some preliminary results of interdisciplinary, multi institutional research concerning the patrimony of a number of farms in the Sao Paulo region established between the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 20 th century. Of the inumerous material and non material expressions of this heritage, we have selected here to focus both on the written and iconographic arquives collected in each of the production units with a view to their future organization and description based on the triple objectives of their preservation, their use as documents for the writing up of a history of the region and their attractiveness from the perspective of tourism. For a variety of motives the farms studied have not all preserved their patrimony to the same extent. We highlight two situations which permit us to evaluate the conditions of identification and preservation of this patrimony: property transmission (through sale or inheritance) and the management of the estate (whether family or third party).
