标题：OS FATORES MOTIVACIONAIS NA GESTÃO PÚBLICA DAS UNIDADES PRISIONAIS NA PERCEPÇÃO DOS AGENTES PENITENCIÁRIOS

摘要：A motivação para o trabalho é um desafio na realidade das organizações e não é diferente no contexto da gestão pública. Com o propósito de identificar fatores motivacionais no exercício da complexa função que exerce o Agente Penitenciário, foi realizado um estudo com vinte e um desses profissionais lotados nas unidades prisionais do município Vilhena, Rondônia. O delineamento da pesquisa é o estudo de caso e do tipo exploratória e descritiva. O procedimento de coleta de dados foi realizado na forma de levantamento com a técnica do formulário. Constatou-se que o fator remuneração e benefícios apresentou maior peso para a motivação. Concluiu-se que pouco ou nada se emprega pela gestão pública na valorização desses profissionais. Não são oferecidas condições e um ambiente de trabalho que possa motivar os servidores.
其他摘要：The motivation for the work is a challenge in the reality of organizations and is no different in the context of public management. With the purpose to identify motivational factors in the exercise of the complex function that carries out the Agent Penitentiary, a study was conducted with twenty-one of these professionals in crowded prisons of the municipality Vilhena, Rondonia. The research design is the case study and exploratory and descriptive. The data collection procedure was carried out in the form of lifting with the technique of the form. It was found that the factor remuneration and benefits showed a greater weight to the motivation. It was concluded that little or nothing if employs public management in recovery of these professionals. There are offered and a working environment that can motivate the servers.
