摘要:This study aims to analyze the models related to the influence of Competency, Organizational Commitment and Employee engagement on performance. This research is a survey research with an explanatory research type. The population in this study were employees of the Engineering Division, namely the Division of Production, Distribution and Control of Water Loss. The number of respondents was 60 employees using the proportionate random sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that competency is influential but not significant to performance. While both organizational commitment and employee engagement have a positive and significant effect on performance. Organizational commitment has the greatest influence on the performance of employees of PDAM Tirta Khatulistiwa Pontianak.
