摘要:ABSTRACT This study aims to describe regarding the characteristic introvert of elementary school students and the use of written diary as a communication therapy of characteristic introvert for them. Method employed in this study is qualitative descriptive. This study was committed in Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Al Uswah Pamekasan. Data collection is committed by interviewing, observing and making documentation. Analysis technique comprises data reduction, presentation, analysis and conclusion. The result shows the characteristic introvert has a propensity to be closed, shy, flavoured, avoiding conflict, lack of confidence .
