摘要:Die vorliegende Untersuchung liefert ein systematisch begründetes Beschreibungswissen zu (1.) den soziodemografischen Merkmalen, (2.) der beruflichen und akademischen Vorbildung, (3.) dem Erstkontakt und der Studienmotivation von Lehramtsstudierenden in den Fachrichtungen Bau-, Elektro-, Maschinenbautechnik und Informatik, die zu Beginn ihres Studiums mit quantitativen und qualitativen Methoden befragt wurden. Die Ergebnisse zeichnen ein vielschichtiges Bild zu den soziodemografischen und motivationalen Ausgangslagen der Lehramtsstudierenden. In einer weiteren qualitativen Studie mit Studierenden, die das berufsschulische Lehramtsstudium abgebrochen bzw. den Studiengang gewechselt haben, werden (4.) zentrale Gründe für einen Studienabbruch dargestellt. The results present a many-layered picture of the sociodemographic and motivational starting positions of teacher training students. In a further qualitative study of students, which have discontinued their teacher training for vocational training schools or which have changed their course of study, (4) key reasons for the discontinuation of study are provided.
