摘要：O trabalho busca fazer uma relação entre o fenômeno da pós-modernidade e a natureza dos Direitos Humanos, mais especificamente entre a influência das novas perspectivas pós-modernas no entendimento dos Direitos Humanos. O objetivo é problematizaraté que ponto as mudanças intensas de paradigmas teóricos e políticos reverberaram na compreensão dessas duas dimensõese quais os desafios de respostas edesdobramentos deste cenárioque influenciam diretamenteas relações sociais e jurídicasna sociedade contemporânea.
其他摘要：The work seeks to make a relation between the phenomenon of postmodernity and the nature of Human Rights, more specifically between the influence of the new postmodern perspectives on the understanding of Human Rights. The objective is to problematize the extent to which the intense changes of theoretical and political paradigms reverberated in the understanding of these two dimensions and what the challenges of answers and unfolding of this scenario that directly influence the social and juridical relations in the contemporary society.
