摘要：Este artículo parte de los análisis más recurrentes acerca de la atribución de responsabilidad de los alemanes en el Holocausto. Sobre este tema varios autores han culpado a la población alemana en su conjunto o diluyen la responsabilidad con la diferencia entre perpetradores y meros espectadores. Para el autor, ambas tesis son demasiado simplificadoras y reduccionistas de la vasta realidad de actores y espectadores que tuvieron un grado de participación. Para dar un poco de luz al respecto, el autor presenta una taxonomía que muestra los diferentes grados de participación que se pudieron haber dado durante el Holocausto. De tal forma, introduce seis categorías centrales de participación y ocho diferentes clases de actuación altruista, que posteriormente servirán para afinar los juicios de responsabilidad moral y jurídica respecto a dichos participantes.
其他摘要：This article takes, as a starting point, the most recurrent analysis when attributing responsibility to the Germans in the Holocaust. When dealing with this subject, various authors have blamed the German population as a whole or have diluted the responsibility by differentiating between perpetrators and mere spectators. In the author’s opinion, both theses are too simplistic and reductionist when applied to the vast reality of actors and spectators who participated to some degree. In order to shed light on this subject, the author presents a taxonomy which shows the different degrees of participation that could have existed during the Holocaust. In this way, he introduces six central categories of participation and eight different kinds of altruistic action, which will later be used to more accurately define the judgments of moral and legal responsibility of the aforementioned participants.
