摘要：La Educación Superior colombiana esta avocada a enfrentar cambios y retos científicos, humanísticos y tecnológicos. En ella, el docente universitario pasa de transmisor de conocimiento, a facilitador, guía y acompañante de procesos, bien informado respecto al área y con habilidad para el pensamiento reflexivo, para el juicio crítico; con dominio del saber con el cual interactúa, con la apropiación de la pedagogía y manejo de un sinnúmero de herramientas de información y comunicación disponibles hoy en día.
其他摘要：Colombian higher education is doomed to face changes and scientific, humanistic and technological challenges. In it, the university teacher transmitter passes knowledge, facilitator, guide and companion processes, knowledgeable about the area and reflective thinking skills, for critical judgment; with domain of knowledge with which it interacts with the appropriation of pedagogy and management of a number of information and communication tools available today.
