摘要：The article presents studies accompanying the construction of tools used in the measurement of educational efficacy in Poland and Slovakia. The Slovak tool is an adaptation of its Polish version. The authors compare psychometric properties of both tools, reveal the details of their construction and analyse the results of comparative tests within demographic variables. The research is based on Albert Bandura’s social-cognitive theory and show an example of application of his ideas concerned with micro-analytical tests in pedagogy.
