摘要:This paper analyses the steps required to implement the equality principle and other constitutional provisions concerning the image of women conveyed by the media. To that end, it examines in detail the laws that implement these constitutional provisions, especially the equal rights laws and gender violence laws approved in recent years, and also the enforcement measures that ensure the observance of these laws. This paper also analyses in detail the decisions taken by the institutions which resolve disputes related to the application of these rules, especially disputes related to discriminatory advertising.
