摘要:Internet has changed the ways of communication and exchange of information among people: those who only were audience are now also broadcasters. The peculiarity of this fact, in combination with the emergence and use of certain communication tools (easy to use and basically free), allow us to figure out a powerful social phenomenon: 2.0 Communication. This article examines some of the features of this kind of interaction and focuses on certain web initiatives of particular interest that have gender matters as their key issue. 2.0 Communication allows active, direct, open and cooperative participation in the process of self-identity construction. It also rises up the thesis that these initiatives have inherited a part of certain feminist discourse and are a new form of social contestation and assertion.
