摘要：En La estrategia del caracol los inquilinos de un edificio lo vacían por dentro, vuelan su fachada y la dibujan en su interior, estas acciones anticipan la tendencia de mantener las fachadas y reconvertirlas. Históricamente, se desarrollan espectáculos delante de las fachadas, después se convierte en pantalla, en la que estos espectáculos se proyectan, como si fueran películas cinematográficas, o desde las que se ven, como si fueran televisores, pero además entre ellas se elevan nuevas figuras virtuales, convirtiendo a la ciudad en una ficción y logrando que esa ficción invada completamente lo real. Abstract In La estrategia del caracol the tenants of a building empty it, blow up its facade and draw it inside, these actions anticipate the tendency to maintain the facades and reconvert them.
