摘要：En el siglo XXI, el mundo es concebido de una manera distinta. Las personas están conectadasen redes propias de la sociedad de la información; sociedad que es reforzada por el surgimientoy consumo de las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC). El mundo del trabajo noescapó a esta realidad, las TIC llegaron para incluirse en él y surge el teletrabajo como modalidad.Los países que han adoptado esta modalidad se han ocupado por regular lo relacionado con losriesgos laborales, la salud y la seguridad, y por desarrollar normativas al respecto. El objetivo deeste artículo es explorar y conocer las experiencias y los logros en el teletrabajo alcanzados porArgentina; enfatizándose en la salud y la seguridad en el mismo, a fin de divulgar los hallazgosencontrados. Para ello, como estrategia metodológica se realizó un arqueo heurístico de las fuentes,con el fin de responder el ¿por qué teletrabajar?; explicar el teletrabajo en el mundo, determinandoqué se regula y el riesgo que implica. Así mismo, exponer cómo Argentina, pionera enAmérica Latina, ha abordado la salud y seguridad en el teletrabajo. Para finalizar, se reconocenlos resultados alcanzados por Argentina en el área y la factibilidad de su réplica por otros paísesa fin de incentivar la inclusión del teletrabajo de manera segura y responsable. Case: Argentina In the XXI century, people are connected in own networks of information society; reinforcedby the emergence and use of information and communication technologies (ICT). Theworld of work did not escape this reality, ICT came to be included in it and telework as aform arises. Countries that have adopted this mode, have dealt regulate matters relating tooccupational hazards, health and safety, and to develop regulations in this regard. The aimof this article is to explore and learn about the experiences and achievements in telework,reached by Argentina; with emphasis on health and safety in it. As a heuristic methodologicalstrategy tonnage of sources was performed in order to answer the why telework?; explaintelework in the world , determining which is regulated and the risk involved. Also, explainhow Argentina, a pioneer in Latin America, has addressed health and safety in telework. Theresults achieved by Argentina in the area and the feasibility of its reply are recognized byother countries, in order to encourage the inclusion of telework safely and responsibly finally.
