  • 摘要:This study aimed to explore primary school teachers’ training needs in relation to game-based learning. This study used a survey research design. The sample consisted of 410 primary school teachers. A survey was developed in line with the purpose of the study. The data collected through open-ended questions were subjected to content analysis. The teachers reported that they want to use game-based learning approaches in educational activities; however, they do not use it because they feel incompetent. The surveyed teachers felt that they need training in the peculiarities of game-based learning approaches, application examples, course planning, course implementation, and evaluation processes.
