摘要：Lo scopo di questo lavoro è di mettere in evidenza come le trasformazioni conseguenti alla rivoluzione digitale e all’adozione del modello di Industria 4.0 possano incidere sulla trasformazione del mondo produttivo, in particolare nei contesti in cui la spinta innovativa risieda nel design. L’impresa che opera in questo contesto affronta un processo che ha trasformato gradualmente il ruolo del prodotto, inteso originariamente come merce, a sistema integrato di prodotto e servizio. Lo scenario descritto sarà analizzato attraverso lo studio di due casi esemplificativi del modello di Industria 4.0: il caso Rolleri spa, azienda manifatturiera italiana, e il progetto AutoMate, inserito nel framework di Horizon 2020.
其他摘要：The aim of this paper is to highlight how the digital revolution, the adoption of the Industry 4.0 model and the subsequent transformations can affect the conversion of the productive system, in particular in a context in which the main innovative spur is driven by design. Companies operating in this context must engage with a process that is experiencing a gradual change in the role of the product, from commodity to integrated system composed by both product and service.The scenario so far described will be analyzed with the help of two case studies as example of Industry 4.0: Rolleri spa, an Italian manufacturing company, and AutoMate, a project developed within the HORIZON 2020 framework.
