摘要：In the article the modern going near interpretation of financial safety as basic constituent of economic security, namely: from positions resource-functional to approach, from point of statics, in a context normatively legal regulation is reflected. Investigational it basic constituents, namely bank, budgetary, debt, currency and monetary safety. Factors which determine financial safety of any state are set. The internal and external aspects of financial safety of the state are considered. Its threats and indicators are reflected. Grounded, that priority directions of strengthening of financial safety of Ukraine are determined on the basis of estimation of level of indexes of financial safety of the state. The analysis of basic indexes of budgetary safety of the state and grounded directions of its strengthening is conducted in the conditions of the crisis phenomena.
