摘要：As novas políticas indigenistas, posteriores ao reconhecimento legal da diversidade étnico cultural constituinte do Estado Brasileiro, têm sido construídas a partir dos princípios da interculturalidade, da diversidade e, consequentemente do bilinguismo. As práticas decorrentes dessa nova concepção, ainda incipientes, não têm sido suficientemente analisadas. Este trabalho procura fazer uma reflexão sobre as chamadas novas formas de diálogo intercultural, examinando a própria noção de interculturalidade e as possibilidades de uso da categoria cidadania, tomando como referência ações indigenistas desenvolvidas no Maranhão, especialmente no âmbito da saúde e da educação.
其他摘要：The new policies for the indians people, stablished after the legal acceptance of the ethnical cultural diversity part of Brazilian State, has been built from the interculturality, diversity and bilingualism principles The practices resulted from this new conception, hasn't been analysed enough. This paper intents to make a reflection of the denominated new ways of intercultural dialogues, intending to discuss the conception of interculturality itself and the possibilities of using the citizenship category, based on the policies of health and education for the Indians people.
