摘要：Este artículo pretende realizar una breve panorámica de la evolución del nivel de enseñanza primaria en España tal y como fue regulado por las grandes leyes educativas de los siglos XIX y XX. Concretamente se consideran cuatro leyes de enseñanza formuladas en el último siglo y medio (Ley Moyano de 1857; Ley de Enseñanza Primaria de 1945; Ley General de Educación de 1970 y L.O.G.S.E. de 1990). En el análisis realizado se atiende, por una parte, a algunos aspectos de carácter organizativo (duración, obligatoriedad, gratuidad y estructura interna del nivel) y, por otra, a los contenidos impartidos en los programas de estudio de la primaria.
其他摘要：This article aims to provide a brief overview of the evolution of the level of primary education in Spain as regulated by the great educational laws of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Specifically, four education laws formulated in the last century and a half are considered (Moyano Law of 1857, Primary Education Law of 1945, General Education Law of 1970 and L.O.G.S.E. of 1990). In the analysis carried out, it is attended, on the one hand, to some aspects of organizational character (duration, obligation, gratuitousness and internal structure of the level) and, on the other hand, to the contents taught in the primary study programs.
