摘要:The current developmental study was intended to analyze the determinant factors which affected the quality of occupational stress which experienced by teachers who taught special education in inclusive schools in East Java as the basis to develop a module of managing stress due to working.The analysis results of the exploratory study suggested that most teachers (66.33%) of special education in inclusive schools experienced moderate occupational stress.The contributions of the internal and external variables to occupational stress experienced by teachers of special education included: gender (12.32%), age (4.16%), working status (5.34%), salary or income (3.57%), the suitability of the prajabatan background study (6.76%), the achievement motivation (22.75%), and the interest of position (12.25%).
