摘要:Abstract: Development of Innovative Training Model for Increasing Elementary School Teachers’ Competences on Remote Areas. The objective of the first phase of this multi-year study is to undertake defining phase conducted by training needs analysis. By survey research, data was collected from 86 teachers by distributing questionnaire, interviewing and FGD, then analyzed using TNA-T. The results showed that there were significant gaps in all pedagogical, social and professional competence indicators; in exception for the personality competence that from 5 indicators there were 3 indicators that had gaps. The indicator ‘V’ of pedagogic competence is an indicator that has the greatest gap, as well as being a model of innovative training that will be developed at the next research stage. IHT is an effective training recommended to improve the elementary school teachers’ competences on remote area.
