摘要：En los últimos años, el grupo de investigación interdisciplinario PATRIMONIA ha desarrollado una base de datos para sistematizar las principales características del Patrimonio Arqueológico de los municipios de Tandil, Olavarría y Azul, ubicados en el centro geográfico de la provincia de Buenos Aires, incluyendo un estudio preliminar de su significación social. La finalidad de esto fue crear un sistema de información geográfica (SIG) que constituyera un insumo para la gestión de los recursos culturales en el área. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar el análisis espacial e histórico del territorio y las características particulares del Patrimonio Arqueológico contenido en él, para luego discutir cuestiones relacionadas con su vulnerabilidad y posibles estrategias que contribuyan a su salvaguarda.
其他摘要：In recent years, the interdisciplinary research group PATRIMONIA has developed a database to systematize the main features of the archaeological heritage of the municipalities of Tandil, Olavarria and Azul, located at the geographical center of the Province of Buenos Aires. A preliminary analysis of its social significance was also carried out. The main goal of this project was to create a Geographic Information System (GIS) that would provide a usable input for culture resource management in the study area. The aim of this paper, was to present the spatial and historical analysis of the territory, and the particular characteristics of the archaeological heritage of the center of the Buenos Aires Province, and hence to further discuss issues related to the vulnerability of its archaeological heritage, as well as strategies for its preservation.
