其他摘要："The way of doing things" is called the Report on Human Development of the United Nations Program for Development (UNDP) corresponding to the year 2009. Although, all the indicators show that in the last twenty years there was a qualitative leap in development of the country, there is uncertainty as to the projections to the future. Today, the development curve begins to flatten, revealing a gradual brake to development that had been experienced. In front of this uncertainty regarding growth, the 2009 Report Pay special attention to the practices. The sociologist and Doctor in Sociology from the University of Erlangen-Nürenberg in Germany, Pedro Güell, who has directed previous reports and has participated in the elaboration of the Human Development Report 2009, below explains why it is necessary to put the focus of the Human Development study in the practices.
