摘要:The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance with Student Learning Achievement. The method used is survey and data analysis techniques using simple correlation statistical tests and multiple correlations as well as simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test and partial correlation test. From the results of the study produced three conclusions, namely: first, there is a very significant positive relationship between Principal Leadership (X1) and Student Learning Achievement (Y) Second, there is a very significant positive relationship between Teacher Performance Variables (X2) with Student Learning Achievement (Y) Third There is a very significant positive relationship between the Principal Leadership (X1) and Teacher Performance (X2) variables together with Student Learning Achievement (Y) Based on these things it can be concluded that Student Learning Achievement can be improved through the leadership of school principals and Teacher Performance Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survey dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik korelasi sederhana dan korelasi ganda serta uji regresi linier sederhana, uji regresi linear ganda dan uji korelasi parsial. Dari hasil penelitian menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan yaitu, : pertama, terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X 1 ) dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa (Y) Kedua, Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara Variabel Kinerja Guru (X2) dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa (Y) Ketiga Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X 1 ) dan Kinerja Guru (X 2 ) secara bersama-sama dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa (Y). Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Prestsi Belajar Siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan Kinerja Guru.
