摘要:This essay aims to reflect on the constructs Quality of Life at Work and Organizational Links (Commitment, Entrenchment and Consent), to propose an integrative model and to indicate research possibilities. The theoretical framework reflects on these constructs (HACKMAN; OLDHAM, 1975; MEYER; ALLEN, 1991; RODRIGUES; BASTOS, 2010; RODRIGUES, 2011; SILVA, 2013). From the proposed model, a research agenda was drawn up that embraced methodological aspects (qualitative approaches for a better understanding of the themes and their interrelationships, and quantitative approaches with the purpose of drawing conclusions) and conceptual and thematic connections (with other constructs adherent to the field of organizational behavior), which can contribute to the integrated debate of the constructs, not yet realized. The fulfillment of such agenda aims to collaborate both conceptual-academically, while seeking the understanding and delimitation of themes, as practical-professionally, providing subsidies for appropriate organizational practices in the world of work..
