摘要：This work is part of a discussion about human care in cases of illness, aging and death of pets. In an empirical research carried out from the universe of a veterinary hospital, it was noted that today there is a social configuration of affection that imposes on human individuals how to love your pets, with some kind of model to be followed about care and consumption. Meanwhile, those animals, now entered a – always controversial – anthropomorphization process, have a life one increasingly controlled and organized from the model of human civilisation. In this multispecific family organization, there's place for affections and disaffections, and ambivalent emotions, such as in a family exclusively human..
