  • 摘要:This study intends to examine the relationships between organizational justice and self-perceived performance in the Malaysian perspective. A higher educational institution in the Northern region of Malaysia was selected for this current study and the respondents are among expatriate academicians of various faculties. The sample of the study consisted of a total of 140 participants of various faculties. The hypotheses have been constructed and an investigation was undertaken to justify whether the independent variables selected are able to determine the self-perceived performance variable. The correlational and regressional analyses are to be utilized in attempt to examine causative effect of the data tested. As a result, the measurement of selected instruments was found to be a valid and reliable tool in this specific study.
