摘要：The article highlights various aspects of the formation and implementation of cluster policy at regional level. Considerable role is devoted to the analysis of existing approaches to identify promising for the implementation of the cluster approach sectors of the regional economy. Also examines the main directions of state policy in the field of support cluster development due, in particular, the development of globalization and virtualization. The necessity of implementing of a synergetic approach to the assessment of the effectiveness of cluster development is being highlighted.
