标题:Resultados de aprendizaje de las competencias enfermeras relacionadas con la toma de decisiones en el contexto de atención al paciente crónico con necesidades complejas
摘要:Introduction Nursing skills associated with decision-making are not very specific in the context of care of the chronic patient with complex needs, since their learning outcomes are not defined or contextualised for the care of this type of patient. Method Design Sequential exploratory qualitative study. Sample: In the first phase, 83 nurses defined the concept of chronic patients with complex needs, This generated a cloud of words with the most used concepts, and 15 professionals experienced in chronic care analysed that cloud to construct the definitive definition. In the second phase, a nominal group met to define the learning outcomes of the 6 skills related to the decision making defined by the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA). Results A total 244 learning outcomes were described in the 6 skills, which were reduced to 139 after being submitted to consensus. Each learning result was assigned to one or several dimensions of the skill, obtaining 66 results related to the dimension of knowledge, 97 to skill, and 42 to attitude. Conclusion Defining the learning outcomes that configure the skills associated with decision-making and associating them with the dimensions of the skill, allows us to describe the appropriate professional behaviours in order to evaluate them.
