摘要：This study presents a closed-loop model which combine manufacture chain with reverse chain that includes the collection of used products as well as distribution of the new products, considering inspection cost and reworking cost. The objective of this research is to discuss maximizing the profit of the supply chain and minimizing the total cost and shortages of products. The result shows that subsidy can affect profit to increase, and the new model can reduce a little bit of the profit in the supply chain.
